PAYK Inc. Return and Exchange Policy

This return and exchange policy is subject to change. 




We refund the full price of your purchases for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept returns for products that were purchased on sale or listed as final sale items.  In addition, we cannot accept personal care items or sanitary goods for return or exchange.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon confirmation that your item(s) are approved for return, will will send a driver to pickup your returned items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If 7 days have passed from the time you returned your item(s) and you have not received your refund, please contact us at 




We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, which we determine in our sole discretion.  If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at
